He wouldn’t let Saint St Grill become something else
When the owner of Saint St Grill decided to retire, buyers started circling — and Juraj Dado heard one of them wanted to turn the place into something completely different. So the chef who had applied as sous chef and walked out as head chef asked a simple question: how much?
